Built by people who have done this before.
We own the factory, the machines and the code. The leadership team brings over 35 years of combined manufacturing and software experience. The people on the floor bring the rest.
SHANTOU FACILITY · GUANGDONG, CHINA
One spent a decade on the floor. The other spent 25 years in the stack.
Jared Haw
Ten years on the manufacturing side of the table. Jared has worked with everyone from garage startups to aerospace programmes, delivering precision parts at scale. He started OpusFab because he was tired of watching good engineers lose days to quoting back-and-forth.
"The quote should be the easy part. The hard part is making the part right. We built OpusFab so engineers can spend their time on design, not on waiting."
Jeremy Bogan
Twenty-five years across software and hardware. Jeremy architected the OpusFab platform from the ground up: the CAD engine that reads B-rep geometry, the quoting pipeline, and Foreman. He writes the code that drives the machines in Shantou.
"A quoting engine is only as good as the data behind it. We did not train on the open web. We trained on twelve years of parts we actually cut, inspected and shipped."
The people who make it ship.
Software gets the quote right. These two make sure the part leaves the building on time, on spec, and to standard.
Maggie Mo
Runs day-to-day operations across the Shantou facility. Production scheduling, logistics, supplier relationships. The reason your parts ship on time.
Ayuan Chen
Manages the shop floor. Every order, every setup, every first-article inspection. If a part leaves the building, Ayuan has signed off on it.
Three cities. One pipeline.
OpusFab is not a faceless platform. There are real people in three cities who make every quote, every part and every line of Foreman's training data possible.
Engineering and software. The team that builds the CAD engine, the quoting pipeline and Foreman. HQ and registered office.
Production facility. 30+ CNC centres, 3-axis through 5-axis, plus SLA and SLM printers. Where your parts get made.
R&D centre. Process development, new material trials, tooling experiments. Where we push the machines further.
